Description of jutsu: Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by
Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first
launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These
fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air
current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form
Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel
the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the
naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than
what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this
is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja
could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful
impact with a large amount of destruction.


History: Tenchi was born in Takigakure, soon after that he was transfered to a different village. Takigakure means The Hidden Waterfall Village, which was where Tenchi was born. He had a loving father and mother of the Uchiha, who had originally migrated from when Itachi Uchiha killed off the family. Tenchi's elders lived and left Konohagakure, or the Hidden Leaf Village to be protected. Tenchi was brought to Konohagakure later to live his Genin years, then his Chuunin years. About around the Chuunin years Tenchi left to go back to Takigakure, where he found it in rubbles, as it was completly destroyed. The Elder Tree was cut down, The Elder Tree is the Tree in which the village was place inside. It was as high as the sky and you could barely see the top. It was cut down by Demon Uchiha and Maverick, as it was attempted to be reconstructed. Tenchi left Konoha to report back to Takigakure, and was counted as a Missing Ninja, or a nukenin due to the Village actually being destroyed, as he never returned.

The Seven Tailed Horned Beetle had also been attempted to be extracted. There was a person name Kyouman who possessed the bijuu. As this was happening, he was about to pass away as the Jinchuuriki was going to be released and reck havoc around all of the villages. Kyouman ran in to Tenchi as he was crossing the Sunagakure borders, and offered him the Bijuu. He accepted as the seal began. Kyouman died right then and there as he used his final breath to seal the Bijuu in to Tenchi. Now Tenchi possessess the Bijuu and takes great responsibility with it also.
